It's that time of year again... RIDE-A-THON for breast cancer!
It will run on 10 November from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
PLEASE LET YOUR CLASSES KNOW THAT THEY CAN REGISTER ONLINE (cityfitness.co.nz) and it will cost $10 per 1 hour session. If they want to ride in teams of 4, or less, for the 4 hours it will cost $40. If there is more than 4 people in a team it will cost $10 per person.
This is going to be our launch for the new stuff too (Oct 2012 Release); hence, we are going to do JUST THE NEW STUFF :)
We will split each hour into two sessions; ie, 2 instructors will teach per hour (total of 10 tracks; including 2 bonus tracks). There will be a maximum number of 3 instructors on stage. I have attached a sponsorship form so this should cover any extra time if you want to keep riding with the crowd when you're not on stage.

Please slot in where you want to teach (instructor teaching is first, then the next 2 spaces if you're riding on stage), there are 8 time slots (note: the last session will NOT include the 2 bonus tracks; or, we'd go over time).

BAKING
For those of you who are happy to do some baking to sell at the Ride-a-thon (like last year) that would be greatly appreciated! I will try to do cupcakes again (this year we'll sell our cup cakes for $2 :))
Sarah - I'm happy to do baking. I'll do some chocolate brownie and a slice of some kind.
Kylie - I will do some cupcakes aswell
